Teen travels to D.C. (Elbert County News)
An Elizabeth High School student got the chance of a lifetime after being invited to the 2009 presidential swearing in and inauguration ceremony in Washington D.C. Erica Barry is a sophomore and received her invitation from the People to People program to attend not only the inauguration of President Barack Obama, but four days of activities in the nation’s capital.
