Elizabeth student attends historic ceremony (Elbert County News)

For one 16-year-old, a trip to Washington, D.C., for the 44th presidential inauguration ceremony was a whirlwind of people, places and excitement. Jacob Patrick is a junior at Elizabeth High School and was invited to travel across the country by the National Young Leaders Conference program to experience six days of activities surrounding the inauguration of Barack Obama.
